Terms and Conditions

BOOKING

Please complete the booking form and pay any monies due.

If we cannot process your booking due to accommodation availability we will contact you with alternative dates, if this is not acceptable we shall refund you in full.

On receipt of your booking we shall process your booking and issue booking confirmation within seven workind days.

PAYMENT

We can accept the following payments:-

All credit/ debit cards through Worldpay and Paypal.


REFUND POLICY

Cancellation/Alterations

All cancellations/alterations must be submited in writing and signed by the person who made the booking. Your date of cancellation/alteration is the date when we receive your written notification.

Cancellations by you

In the event of you cancelling the holiday of any person or persons on the booking form, we will apply the following cancellation charges for each such person.

More than 56 days before the holiday start date- full refund.

56- 31 days before holiday start date- 50% of total price of holiday.

30-15 days before holiday start date- 80% of total price of holiday.

14-0 days before holiday start date- 100% of total price of holiday.

Alterations by you

If you wish to alter your booking we will do our upmost to accommodate your request, subject t a £50 per person administration charge plus any additional costs we may incur.

Cancellations and alterations by us

Whilst we always endeavour to avoid changes and cancelations we must reserve the right to do so. Very occassionaly we have to change an accommodation booking and if we do so we will notify you as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power not to cancel your holiday. However in the unlikely event that we do have to cancel, we will refund all monies owed to you, but we will not have any further liability to you.


PERSONAL HOLIDAY INSURANCE

We strongly recommend you take out personal holiday insurance to cover illness, injury, personal belongings and cancellation- cancellation fees are implimented in all cases, so we recommend that you are fully covered by a travel insurance policy to cover non-returnable costs should you have to cancel your trip due to unexpected circumstances.


OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We will accept responsibility for the negligent acts and/or omissions by us, our employees or agents, our suppliers, sub contractors and there servants or agents for claims resulting in death, bodily injury or illness of a client. we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to property or injury or dealth resuting from Force Majeure or circumstances beyond our control. We cannot accept any responsibility for any service which does not form part of our advertised holiday e.g. any additional services or facilities which your hotel or any other supplier provides for you. Our liability to any one person shall not exceed the cost of that persons holiday.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

As participants in hill walking/trekking/hiking etc you are aware or reminded that these activities have a danger of personal injury or death and that you accept these risks and are responsible for your own actions and involvement. Before embarking on your holiday you should be physically fit enough to cope with the holiday as advertised, the distance and terrain and to be suitably equipped and clothed to meet your challenge.


CONDUCT

We reserve the right to end your holiday if your conduct or that of any member of your party, in our opinion causes undue distress, damage, annoyance to other guests, employees, accommodation or to any third party. Cancellation charges of 100% will apply in these circumstances. In the case of damage you will be liable for any damage caused together with any legal costs we incur pursuing the claim.


COMPLAINT

In the event of a complaint or experiencing a problem please contact us immediately so that steps can be taken to try and rectify the problem. We must be given the oppurtunity to rectify a complaint at the time otherwise we will not accept responsibility at a later date. Should it not be possible to resolve your complaint immediately you should write to us, giving full details within 14 days of the holiday conclusion.


PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18

Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.


DATA STATEMENT

The information that you provide to us regarding you and members of your party will be held by us in confidence and not released to any third party saving those providing accommodation and/or activities/ events for you and your party.


PRICES

Prices stated include, where applicable , VAT at the current rate of 20%. If the rate is changed by the goverment, the price may alter.

JURISDICTION

This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by english law and clients shall submit to the jurisdiction of the english courts.
